Peak Season
Our peak season typically aligns with school breaks and major holidays. This is when all the water parks are open, and many festivals and major events are scheduled. It's a busy time but also a magical time!
Our NIGHTLY RATES typically average $250, with the exception of major holidays (see below)
Off-Season
There really isn't an off-season here in Orlando. But if you're trying to time your visit when crowds and rates are low, check out the months of May and September, two of our slowest month!

Rental Terms
- 3-Night Minimum stay during off-seasons
- 4-Night Minimum stay during peak seasons
- Maximum Occupancy is 11 Adults/Children
- No Pets * No Smoking * No Exceptions
- A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations
- Check-In: 4pm * Check-Out: 10am (exceptions only as our schedule allows)
- Security Deposit $500
- Florida Tax 13.5%
Cancellation Policy
100% Cancellation (less 5% cancellation fee) up to 30 days prior to arrival
50% Cancellation (less 5% cancellation fee) up to 14 days prior to arrival
Payment Policy
For your protection, we use PayPal for all Book Direct reservations. PayPal offers some of the best options for payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
We DO NOT accept personal checks or credit card payments directly.
50% is due at the time of booking * Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
