Our peak season typically aligns with school breaks and major holidays. This is when all the water parks are open, and many festivals and major events are scheduled. It's a busy time but also a magical time!

Our NIGHTLY RATES typically start at $250, with the exception of major holidays (see below)

There really isn't an off-season here in Orlando.  But if you're trying to time your visit when crowds and rates are low, May and September are great times to plan your vacation.

Our NIGHTLY RATES typically start at $210, with the exception of Memorial Day and Labor Day.

• 3-Night Minimum stay during off-seasons
• 4-Night Minimum stay during peak seasons
• Maximum Occupancy is 11 Adults/Children
• No Pets * No Smoking * No Exceptions
• A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations
• Check-In: 4pm * Check-Out: 10am (exceptions only as our schedule allows)
• Security Deposit $500
• Florida Tax 13.5%

100% Cancellation (less 5% cancellation fee) up to 30 days prior to arrival

50% Cancellation (less 5% cancellation fee) up to 14 days prior to arrival

For your protection, we use PayPal for all Book Direct reservations. 

We DO NOT accept personal checks or credit card payments directly.
